PBS Liposomes(Blank)

PBS Liposomes(Blank )空脂質體,作為Clodronate Liposomes的嚴格對照,通過與Clodronate Liposomes相同的機制被單核細胞/巨噬細胞識別和吞噬。由于對照脂質體不含氯膦酸鹽,因此單核細胞/巨噬細胞不會被清除。然而,單核細胞/巨噬細胞確實/可能通過細胞因子分泌、吞噬活性的暫時中止和文獻中描述的其他反應來對因PBS Liposomes對照脂質體的攝入產生反應。

PBS Liposomes(Blank) are formulated and prepared identically to Clodronate Liposomes except that clodronate is not added to the liposomes. PBS Liposomes(Blank) are recognized and phagocytosed by the same mechanism as Clodronate Liposomes.However, phagocytes do respond to the ingestion of control liposomes by cytokine secretion, temporary suspension of phagocytic activity and other responses described in the literature.
