Fluorescent DiI Liposomes

Fluorescent DiI Liposomes: 熒光染料DiI標記的脂質體。 Fluorescent DiI Liposomes利用單核/巨噬細胞的吞噬屬性對其熒光標記,可流式細胞術(FACS)分析,共聚焦熒光顯微鏡(Confocal Microscopy )檢測和體內的生物分布(Biodistribution)來示蹤。

DiI是一種親脂性長鏈碳菁染料,同系列還包含DiA,DiB,DiD,DiO 和 DiR。碳菁染料廣泛用作親脂性示蹤劑,用于標記細胞、細胞器、脂質體、病毒和脂蛋白。DiI在進入細胞膜之前熒光非常弱,僅當進入到細胞膜后才可以被激發出很強的熒光。

Fluorescent DiI Liposomes通過與PBS Liposomes(Blank ),Clodronate Liposomes相同的機制被單核細胞/巨噬細胞識別和吞噬。和PBS Liposomes(Blank )對照脂質體一樣,不含氯膦酸鹽,因此單核細胞/巨噬細胞不會被清除。然而,單核細胞/巨噬細胞確實/可能通過細胞因子分泌、吞噬活性的暫時中止和文獻中描述的其他反應來對脂質體的攝入產生反應。
